Cash Bar and Silent Auction 6:30pm

Plated Dinner Silver and Gold Rooms 7:00pm (cost $50/person)

Menu choices for all NTC Members & Guests - Choice of:

• Chicken Caprese topped with fire roasted tomatoes and frest mozzarella with balsamic reduction
• Salmon with a lemon dill sauce
• Tenderloin of Beef (Station Carved for those who order)

All meals include a Caesar Salad with shaved Parmesan cheese, Red Bliss Parsley Potatoes, Green Bean Almondine, Freshly Baked Rolls and Desert - Assorted homemade cookies or brownies, regular & decaf coffee/tea/iced tea and water.
