Plated Dinner Silver and Gold Rooms 7:00pm (cost $55/person)

Menu choices for all NTC Members & Guests - Choice of:

• Eggplant Pomodora with fresh Basil, Garlic, Olive Oil, Plum Tomatoes and fresh Vegatables served over Angel Hair Pasta
• Salmon with Maple Honey Butter Sauce
• Tenderloin of Beef (Station Carved for those who order)

All meals include a Caesar Salad with shaved Parmesan cheese, Red Bliss Parsley Potatoes, Green Bean Almondine, Freshly Baked Rolls and Desert - Assorted homemade cookies or brownies, regular & decaf coffee/tea/iced tea and water.
